Find a wall that you would like to hang your guitar on. (typically "inside" a built structure)

Locate the studs in the wall you just found. (hint: you do not need to remove the drywall in order to do this. If you can not find a stud, leave the structure immediately, your life is in danger! If masonry or other, visit a hardware store (with Guitar Hands) and ask appropriate questions.)

Drill a 3/16" diameter pilot hole into the stud (If the spacing does not work, use a suitable anchor for the top hand as the LOWER HAND MUST BE MOUNTED TO A STUD. A guitar can weigh over 10 lbs, especially older models. Using drywall anchors for the lower hand is NOT recommended. We will not be held responsible for damaged guitars due to poor judgment or lack of basic carpentry skills.

Screw in hands until the wrist is flush with the wall. It may not stop with the hands exactly in the up(correct) record the position of the hand when you started, and adjust accordingly.

Set your guitar in them, stand back, and Enjoy!

So easy, a monkey could do it.
